Terms & Conditions – Pro Swim Academy

By enrolling in any program offered by Pro Swim Academy through Okrabook, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in swimming and aquatic activities carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, slips, falls, drowning, and physical injury. All participants (or their guardians) voluntarily accept these risks by registering for any Pro Swim Academy program.

2. Release of Liability

Pro Swim Academy, including its instructors, staff, and affiliates, is not liable for any claims, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in its programs, including those arising from negligence.

3. Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency during class, Pro Swim Academy is authorized to seek immediate medical treatment. All medical expenses incurred will be the sole responsibility of the participant or their guardian.

4. No Refund Policy

All fees paid for classes or sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, absences, or withdrawals.

5. Make-Up Classes

Make-up sessions may be arranged subject to availability and must be completed within the same session period. Make-up classes are not guaranteed and are offered as a courtesy.

6. Photography & Media

Unless opted out in writing, Pro Swim Academy reserves the right to capture photos and videos during sessions for promotional use, including on social media and digital platforms.
